Damage waiver *

Customer accepts at the rate shown below or declines. This waiver applies to equipment damage beyond normal wear and tear which can be repaired by the facilities of the shop. This Damage Waiver DOES NOT cover bent, broken, lost stolen or abused skis. If Renter accepts this waiver, Le Ski Mastery, Inc. will cover the cost of ski maintenance covered by this agreement.; however, the Renter signing this agreement is financially responsible for any other damage or loss to these skis.
